Stock availability is subject to change. We make every effort to keep our stock counts accurate on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we may not be capable of fulfilling all your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for the back-ordered item to be restocked or if you want us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
This will be the closing price for the customer’s shipping costs.
Returns
Return Due to Change of Mind
Albait Healthcare will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind if a return request is received by us within 3 days of receiving the item and the item is sent back to us in its original packaging, unused, and a resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer, who will be responsible for arranging their own shipping. Once received and accepted, returns will be converted to store credit for a future purchase. Once this is completed, we will send you an email.
(Albait Healthcare) will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund the cost of shipping.
Warranty Returns
Albait Healthcare will gladly honor any valid warranty claims if they are submitted within 90 days (about 3 months) of receiving the items.
Customers must pre-pay for return shipping; however, we will reimburse you if your warranty claim is successful.
Albait Healthcare will process your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the returned items for a warranty claim.
When your warranty claim is approved, you will be given the option of:
(a) a refund to the payment method you used
(b) a store credit refund
(c) a replacement item is shipped to you (if stock is available)
Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
Domestic shipments usually take 2 – 7 days to arrive.
Transit time Internationally
International orders take 4 to 22 days to arrive (about 3 weeks). This varies according to the courier you have chosen. When you select your courier at the checkout, we can provide a more specific estimate.
Change Of Delivery Address
Orders placed before 05 AM will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the following business day.
Our warehouse is open during regular business hours Monday through Friday, except on national holidays, when it is closed. In these cases, we take precautions to keep shipment delays to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
We can change the address for a change of delivery address request at any time before the order is dispatched.
Military Address Shipping
We can use USPS to ship to military addresses. This service cannot be provided by the courier.
Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to be restocked before shipping your order. While we wait for this item, existing items in the order will be reserved.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us so that we can investigate it.
Tracking Notifications
Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch, allowing them to track the progress of their shipment based on the most recent updates provided by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the parcel was delivered while you were not present, please contact customer service to discuss the next steps.
Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax
The price of the goods as displayed on the website already includes sales tax.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes on international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Albait Healthcare recommends that you are aware of any potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes when you arrive in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Albait Healthcare at the customer’s expense, and the customer will be charged a restocking fee be refunded for the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping charge will not be reimbursed.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel it at any time before it is shipped. Please see our refund policy if your order has already been shipped.
